We want you to absolutely love your Alsay pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- All tags must be attached.
- For hygiene reasons, panties and thongs cannot be returned.
How to Return
Contact our support team at support@alsay.com with your order number to start the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
